At Sharp Society, we take pride in the quality of the products we offer. If something isn’t right, the following policy explains when refunds or exchanges may apply. Please review the details below before making a purchase.


Refund Policy for Tools & Equipment

(Clippers, combs, blow dryers, and related tools)

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

  • Tools may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in unused condition, showing no signs of wear or physical damage.

  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Tools that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by improper handling.

  • Items missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories.

Defective Items

  • If a tool is found to be defective within 30 days, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

  • After 30 days, defects may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.


Refund Policy for Consumable Products

(Hair, beard, facial, and grooming products)

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

  • Consumable products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Opened, used, or partially used products.

  • Items with broken seals or missing original packaging.

  • Clearance items or products marked as final sale.


Additional Terms & Conditions

Online Purchases

  • Refund requests must be initiated within the applicable timeframe
    (30 days for tools, 7 days for consumables).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

In-Store Purchases

  • Returns must be made at the original purchase location.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange

In-Store Returns

  • Bring the item and proof of purchase to the Sharp Society location where it was purchased.

  • Our staff will inspect the item and assist with the return or exchange.

Online Returns

  • Contact our customer service team at (901) 427-9634 to begin the return process.

  • You will receive instructions for returning the item.
